At Aubrey's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
